This recipe is inspired from the Hakkasan Duck Salad dish. The first time I tried this dish was in the Dubai Hakkasan. I have also tried it in Las Vegas, but I feel that the Dubai Hakkasan was much more ‘fresher’.
The dish is served to you initially with the duck on the side, and then mixed in front of you. A really tasty salad, packed with flavour.
R E C I P E
1 whole crispy aromatic duck, cooked and shredded
A bag of peppery salad leaves
1 pink grapefruit, cut into chunks, mixed into salad leaves
1 pomegranate, sprinkled over the salad leaves
Cooked pine nuts, sprinkled into the salad leaves
